Tony Dormer

Founder and Managing Director

Tony is a serial entrepreneur and former Senior Advisor, Managing Director and founder of Tricor in Australia.

Tony has helped more than 500 businesses with strategic advice and guidance. He has helped them achieve successful outcomes in finance, mergers, growth strategies and challenges concerning cash flow, profitability and tax minimisation.

As the former Chairman of the NSW Business Chamber, Tony oversaw the growth of the chamber from a $50 million annual turnover to $250 million.

In his time as Chairman, the Chamber helped over 20,000 businesses across NSW.

Tony’s entrepreneurial style and ability to think laterally give clients a depth of experience that is rare among business advisory practices.

Taural Rhoden

Director Client Services & Group General Manager

Taural has an extensive international background in professional services with a focus on business consulting and high-performance teams.

He has led projects in the UK, China, Germany, Turkey, Italy, India, Singapore and Australia, for high-growth start-ups and companies including Mercedes-Benz and IBM.

He has served as Managing Director at Accel Digital, Director at 8Squad and Bluewolf, among others.

Taural has considerable experience in developing valuable business partnerships and coaching executives.

He is valued for his skill in simplifying complex concepts and applying pragmatic solutions to abstract challenges. 

Aaron Dormer

Business Advisor, Accounting Specialist & Agile Delivery Leader

Aaron Dormer is a strategic business advisor and agile delivery leader with over 25 years of experience guiding organisations through transformation, growth and operational improvement. He combines deep accounting and financial expertise with proven agile methodologies to deliver measurable outcomes across government, financial services, education, retail and digital media sectors.

As Founder and Program Director at Accel Digital/S60, Aaron built and led a geographically dispersed team of more than 150 professionals—launching follow-the-sun service hubs in Vietnam, Sri Lanka and India. His leadership drove 50% year-on-year profit growth, optimised cash flow and margins.

A lifelong learner, Aaron holds dual bachelor’s degrees in commerce and science (Accounting, Economics, Information Systems and Psychology), a Graduate Diploma in Artificial Intelligence, and is completing a Graduate Diploma in Tax with the Australian Tax Institute, where he is also a Fellow. He holds multiple advanced certifications project management enabling him to bridge finance, technology and people to deliver client-focused, data-driven solutions with both strategic vision and execution excellence.

Linh Ngo 

Director – Vietnam

Linh Ngo is an accomplished leader with over 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in the technology sector, delivering complex initiatives across diverse industries. In recent years, she has focused on the Banking and Wealth Management domains, most notably leading large-scale teams and digital transformation programs at National Australia Bank.

Certified in both Agile Methodology and Project Management, Linh has consistently driven cross-functional collaboration, operational efficiency, and high-impact outcomes within fast-paced, regulated environments.

As Director at Cuthbert’s Vietnam, Linh leverages deep expertise in project delivery and industry insight to guide clients through strategic change, technology adoption, and business growth.

Natalie Jolley

Senior Manager Client Services and Accounting

Natalie Jolley is an accomplished Senior Manager with a robust background in client services and accounting. She holds a Certificate IV in Accounting and brings a wealth of experience in finance management, corporate compliance and customer service roles. Throughout her career, Natalie has consistently demonstrated her ability to lead teams and drive operational excellence.

With a strong passion for developing and implementing effective policies and procedures, Natalie excels in creating streamlined processes that enhance productivity and ensure regulatory compliance. Her analytical mindset and attention to detail enable her to assess complex financial situations and provide strategic insights that empower clients and stakeholders.

Natalie is committed to fostering positive client relationships and delivering exceptional service. She thrives in dynamic environments where she can leverage her expertise to support organisational growth and improve client satisfaction.

 

Julie Lewis

Qualified Accountant & Registered Tax Agent

Jule Lewis is also a member of the Taxation Institute of Australia. She has over 35 years’ experience in Accounting & Taxation. During her career she has been employed as a Business Services Manager, Financial Controller & Accountant.

Through her many years of experience, she has developed extensive knowledge and strength in all areas of Taxation, Finance, Management, Administration & Accounting Systems.

Julie is passionate about building relationships with her clients, assisting them with accounting & taxation and helping them grow their businesses.
