1. Eligibility
1.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
1.2 Employees, officers and contractors of the Promoter (and their immediate family members) are ineligible to enter.
2. Promotion Period
2.1 The promotion starts 20/10/2025 24:00 AEST/AEDT and ends 20/11/2025 24:00 AEST/AEDT (“Promotion Period”).
3. How to Enter
3.1 During the Promotion Period, eligible persons must complete the Cuthberts Client Survey (hosted via Microsoft Forms) and submit it, including a valid email address for contact if they wish to enter the prize draw.
3.2 Entry is limited to one (1) per person; duplicate or automated entries will be void.
3.3 Incomplete, illegible or late entries may be disqualified at the Promoter’s discretion.
4. Prize
4.1 3 winner(s) will each receive a digital gift card valued at AUD $200 (delivered via email).
4.2 Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If a prize is unavailable, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
5.1 Winner(s) will be selected by random draw from eligible entries at 18:00 AEST/AEDT on 21/11/2025 at or “the Promoter’s offices”.
5.2 The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5.3 Winner(s) will be notified by email within 2–5 business days of the draw. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, the prize may be forfeited and a redraw may be conducted.
6. Verification & Publicity
6.1 The Promoter may require proof of identity, age and eligibility before awarding a prize.
6.2 By entering, winner(s) consent to the use of their first name, initial and suburb/state for promotional purposes (including on Cuthberts’ website and social channels) without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7. Privacy
7.1 Personal information is collected to administer the promotion and deliver prizes. The Promoter will handle personal information in accordance with Cuthberts’ Privacy Policy ([link to policy]) and applicable privacy laws.
7.2 Survey responses may be analysed in aggregate; any published insights will be de-identified.
8. General Conditions
8.1 The Promoter may cancel, suspend or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failure or any other factor beyond its control adversely affects its integrity or proper conduct.
8.2 The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected or incomplete entries, or for technical/telecommunications failures.
8.3 To the extent permitted by law, entrants release and hold harmless the Promoter and its related bodies corporate, officers, employees and agents from any liability arising from participation or prize use/misuse.
9. Governing Law
9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
